Qingo AI Vending FAQ
-
Qingo AI vending machines are autonomous retail cooler or ambient unit that uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to identify products, process transactions, and manage inventory automatically without human intervention.
Unlike traditional machines that dispense individual items mechanically through coils, Qingo AI machines offer open-access shopping: customers simply tap to unlock, grab whatever items they want, and walk away as billing is processed automatically.
Qingo machines achieve up to 99% recognition accuracy under standard operating conditions. Every transaction is backed by visual logs so any disputes can be resolved quickly.
